During a break in C-SPAN's coverage of Thursday's testimony from Christine Blasey Ford, viewers of the Brett Kavanaugh hearing called into the network to share their experiences with sexual assault. One call in particular on the Democrat line made by a 76-year-old woman in Valley Park, Missouri is resonating with viewers. The woman, who identified herself as Brenda, recounted her own assault which took place when she was in second grade and was perpetuated by a seventh grader at her school. "[The hearing] brings back so much pain," she said. "I thought I was over it, but [I'm] not. "You will never forget it," she added. "You get confused and you don't understand it but you never forget what happened to you."
